Rev. Charles J. Koehler
Pastor Charles J. Koehler, Jr. was born August 11, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois. He was confirmed on Palm Sunday, April 7, 1963 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Skokie, Illinois. He attended Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana from the Fall of 1967 until the Spring of 1971. From Concordia Seminary, St.
Louis, Missouri he received the Master of Divinity degree in 1997.

In 1977, he married Joyce Kuenstler of Arlington Heights, Illinois. Their  marriage was blessed with two children: C. J. and Elizabeth.

Pastor Koehler resigned as Pastor of Trinity in 2003. He and his family still live in the area. Since then he has served as Vacancy Pastor to several churches in the area.
